Hi all
Just purchased one of these machines for a local Menzshed where we are setting up a new mechanical workshop.
Manufactured by Izhevsk machine-tool plant IzhmashStanko
Machine appears to be in reasonable condition but has a slight vibration at high speed and does need oils flushed and replaced.
Looking for help with..
- what spec belts are used in the headstock spindle drive?
- what oil is best for the headstock, and the apron, and screw thread boxes, and the speed selection box
- what was the original machine colour? an RAL colour spec for that would be handy as we would be interested in repainting the machine
- operators manual in English
I have tried downloading passports for this machine via the chipmakeer.ru site but cannot open the file type
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
