The clamp wedges are spring loaded.
A special tool or changing fixture depresses the spring button on the back releasing the wedge.

I bought it an auction for $35 (plus a multitude of hidden fees) new in a case. There is less than a 1% chance I will ever need it or use it, I like pretty things. I just looked at MSC $9,100 if they ever find a person with a mental condition to buy it. It looks like it takes TNEF 1204 inserts, not my favorite. Just in case anybody wants to look it up the part # is Sandvik R260.31-315. That's where I found the (inflated) price.
