Small job in San Diego

Is there anyone in the San Diego area who could face off the ends of a ten inch long 3.5” Dia steel tube? Quarter inch walls. I need it to install some spindle bearings and don’t have anything big enough to turn it.

I have an expanding mandrel setup that would work. Do you just need a general facing/cleanup job, or are you needing a certain length? I'm in El Cajon.

Thanks for the reply Eaglemike. I figured out an alternate solution that worked pretty well. I flipped the six inch mill vise on its side then stood the tube up in it and milled the end of the tube flat. Then flipped the tube and did the other end. It worked well enough to get the job done.
