Source for binder / sex bolts / nuts 4mm flat head

In the distant past we bought a bunch of these (see photo) from an now unknown source. I now am almost out of them and need more. The ones that are left have a brass nut and came with a matching zinc plated steel screw. I can use normal screws for that part. Almost any material is fine for the nut side.
Anyone know a source to get them? The nut is ~23mm long.
I have already check with all the places we usually use and did a bunch of google checking.

mcmaster has them, just not in metric . 4mm would be ~ 8-32 . i assume it could be whitworth, buttress, acme...as long as the parts mate?

Carr was the first place I looked. We buy most of are hardware from them. The one I have are metric but similar inch size might work. When I looked the smallest I found at Carr in flat head was 1/4 20.
I will check again.

Just checked again maybe I need to use a different term or name but the smallest I am seeing is 10-24. At $12.59 each that seems crazy and would not work in that size.

I see non-metric ones in the Hamilton(?) hardware bins at the local Ace hardware. They offer quantity box sales, though you might have to get with their distributor.
