Have turned down larger sizes to make things. Easy like buying a 1/4 to 1/4 NPT (nipple) and then turning down one side to 1/8. The hard ones are too foul to mention here.

Taobao will have them but reading the site may be a problem for you ... do you have a part number ? and maybe a photo ? No guarantees but I can look at least.
