Hello,
I am replacing the grease of my spindle on my abene milling machine with klüber isoflex nbu-15 and I am trying to determinate the fill percentages for the bearings.
(the bearings are 32013-x and 30207-a) and given the bearing data, my calculations show that the amount of grease to fill the larger one of the bearing with a 30% fill is 6.61 grams and for the smaller one 4.1 grams which seems very very little I am using the formula from http://www.klueber.com/ecomaXL/get_blob.php?name=Lubrication_of_rolling_bearings_tips_and_advice.pdf and the weight from the datasheet of the grease which is 0.99g/cm3).
