stellite 31 supplier

Does anybody have a source for this stuff.
Ive tried kennametal...they refuse to quote me raw material..but they will quote me a finished pc :nutter:

I google search and see a few chinese suppliers, but this must be DFARS and id like to buy domestically
ideally looking small dia (.625-1.00")

and yes i know this is an investment casting.
if you know any good places that will cast this please let me know.
i narrowed down what im looking for-- a "tube" .625 OD /.250 ID by as long as i can get it

Have you tried searching under other "generic" names? I think Stellite is a trade name owned by Haynes (could be wrong about that). Maybe cobaltchrome? https://agile-manufacturing.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/cobalt-chrome.pdf

is stgellite coating an option for you ?? I previously worked for a industrial instrumentation company, and we would occasionally get a request for a solid stellite thermowell. In application this is very difficult due to machining a small probe bore in the bar. Our vendors would actually coat a SS thermowells for these applications.

Based on your post I can not tell if this is a viable alternative, but if you give some application data I may be able to connect you with a supplier to coat your material.
