I am trying to find some drill checks that I can mount into our router. Our spindle has a ISO30 taper (DIN 69871-1 spec), we use ER32 collets, so we can use up to a 3/4" shank in them. Anyone know if there is anyplace around that sells them?

you want to put a drill chuck into a collet chuck? and double the runout .... at least consider another
30 taper holder and a dedicated , quality chuck like an albrecht or at least an lfa . you might just
wreck your spindle with that much imbalance.

or get drills with reduced shanks that fit your existing tooling

If you are absolutely determined to use a drill chuck in your router (which I agree is a pretty terrible idea), at least use an integrated one designed for use in a cnc spindle.

More expensive, but you will not have to worry unduly about balance, gauge length, or release during deceleration.
