Echoing others, want do you want from Frank? A personal phone call apologizing and promise of a free what ever you ordered personally delivered by Frank himself? Give us a break! Perhaps your whiny comments belong on another forum.

There is a lesson here for companies. Sell decent stuff and screw up an order and you end up in the Internet ditch. Sell crap stuff but have good customer service who will send you replacement crap stuff when it breaks and you are lifted to the Internet pedestal and loved by all. Dave

    'Are you a hobbyist machinist?'

If they tick the box I would reject the order,or add 20% pain and suffering markup as you know the interaction with the hobbyist is likely to be painfull and time consuming out of relation to the parts their likely to buy.

And then there's the risk of them bellyaching on a forum when there's likely a very good explanation why there was a problem.

I think you're all being way too harsh on this guy. He clearly only gave Frank (1) strike.

You don't even want to know what happens when he gets to strike three.

WTF were you doing - or failing to do - at hobbist mentality level you didn't have fall-back tooling and even NEEDED "same day" shipment on a item as BASIC, anyway?

My MariTool TG-100 40-taper is highly prized. But the Valenite and Fitz-Rite WORK,too. And I AM but a 'hobbyist" lo, these many years!

    Et Tu?

    Just take two Panadol.

All the cats in the world given Australia's entire "outback" as raw material couldn't "cover" Walla Walla Whining Wild Turdkey, small-d, the COVID-orphaned-drama-queen.

    So no.

This is just a case of an instant-gratification earbudded snowflake with "PMS", and f**k the rest of the under-duress world.

He wants what he wants when he wants it but will get what he gots when he gets it.

Nothing to see there. T'was ever thus.

Do you have a notebook with vendors, friends, and family that notes the amount of strikes against them? How do you keep track? Use an ERP system? Or did they strike out?

Serious folk DO have "real" customers to serve, yazzz..

Could send him some Iron ore and a drawing as a DIY "kit" if he's in a real HURRY?

More than one way to protect a fool from finding enough spare time for self-harm..

Careful now, or the OP will start a Go-Fund_me page so he can afford to get to YOUR lawn for a good cry!

    <sniff> I feel for hime y'know! <sniff>
The cramps in his precious thumbs as he trys to reach the "One Star" selection on hundreds of review pages on Anti-Social Media! LOL!

Someone on another Forum used an appropriate phrase. "Adult Child". Poor precious didn't get enough participation trophies, I guess....

Seriously dude, what are you gonna do if you actually have 'wait' for something?

guys, I think OP got the message already, and the more you keep pounding him the sorrier you'll make Frank feel about this and the higher the chance of OP getting one benefit out of this or the another...
