Hey guys!! Hope everyone is safe and weather didn't hit too hard. We are shipping as usual and pretty much didn't skip a beat. We are down a few guys but we are making it work.

So even though the weather is terrible that is not why this order did not ship out same day.
This order was received yesterday at 11am Central Time.
We clearly state all over the website that our same day shipping applies to UPS orders only and due to an early carrier pickup, USPS shipments may be delayed 1 business day. Our USPS carrier shows up around 9am every day so most orders end up shipping the following business day. We tried till we are blue in the face, USPS will not do a late pickup for us.

As far as a shipping discount, I don't know what the OP is talking about. This is a $60.00 order. So lets be realistic, unless you have Amazon level logistics and efficiency this order is a break even at best scenario. So on top of breaking even or losing a few dollars having management log into our merchant account, find the transaction, and offer a credit to this transaction definitely would be in the red.

We were not contacted to inquire about this order or given an opportunity to 'make it right'. We simply got an email to cancel the order, which we did. No hard feelings here. Sorry it didn't work out.

For what it is worth, I emailed Maritool with a question about ordering a $150 tool. In my experience, few emails get responses because most are fishing and a waste of time but I got two responses this time. I tend to believe their version. Dave

We take all emails seriously. No matter how it may sound or be typed. Many of my customers are talking or typing in their 2nd or 3rd language.

When I NEED something I make phone contact and express the urgency, though I can't fathom a collet preventing me from getting anything done.

But then again I don't do this shit for fun!

Few things piss me off more than when someone publicly slams a company without giving them the chance to make it right. I wouldn't sell someone like you the time of day for $10,000
