threading dial

Hello
does anyone has ever seen this type of displacement mesure and maybe threading dial instrument?
the brand is UCIN
it s on my monarch lathe metric version with a 6mm leadscrew

post it in the Monarch forum.

Interesting as the lettering says "PATENTE" google that and it indicates Spanish? Can't see some of the early numbers to really make them out.

the numbers after patente are N211-397
and it's 6mm that is scribe below. the size of the leadscrew
