Tree Mill table removal (2UVR-C)

Advise on removing table. Cranks are extremely hard to turn. (Mill sat for 8 years). I have the detailed drawings and parts manual.
I assume that if I remove the handwheels, endcaps, gibs, unscrew the 48" lead screw, that I am then ready to lift (slide off) the table. What am I missing.
Are there any PC threads that have already dealt with this issue?
All help greatly appreciated.

Sounds about right, before trying to slide it off get under the table and clean off and oil the visible sliding my surfaces of the table, then I would pump oil into the table fittings several times. Only after cleaning and oiling everything would I then slide the table off, also get under the table and oil the full lent.gth if the screw before removing it.
