These rivets were in a bin of items I purchased from HGR and I'm trying to identify them?
I did some searching and cannot find a vendor for them or what they are called? These would be handy for some fabricated items I would like to make.....rivet spec's are 3/16 rivet size with a 6mm threaded stud with a rubber washer?

Any help with a source or a trade name would be great?

I guessed a stud rivet and found this link below. A female version might be a thread insert rivet. Looks like it might leak around the pull stud even if it did not fall out after installation. But they use pop rivets for gutters so maybe it seals.

Blind rivet is the generic term. Pop Rivet is a trade marked name like Scotch tape.

Thanks Bill for the info!
I'm aware of rivnut's, the problem with them is how much space is required for installation, where the pop rivet would work better for smaller flanges and tighter quarters, they just wont be as strong as a rivnut if that makes sense?
