Good day. My iso40 varispeed milling machine is tripping if I put it in back gear to try bring the speed down for boring. The belts also squeek .I suspect the bushes are going. I think its a well made machine as it was built during sanctions and S Africa made good stuff in this era.
How generic are parts for these types of machines. I am from S Africa and hope to not get stuck and unable to get parts.
This is a S African built machine and the company closed in the eighties. Its called a mitco and I think its a direct copy of the holke spanish machines.
I cant find info on holke so I am wondering if anyone has one or knows if its got similer parts to other machines.
Also how hard is it breaking down these heads . A link would be much appreciated.
