Default Victor Surface Grinder Lube Lines?

The lube lines on my 20 year old Victor surface grinder have become hard and brittle and one line is broken. The OD on the tubing measures approx. 0.146, which doesn't quite match up to anything I can find for a replacement. Any suggestions?

After taking a look at the fittings it looks like they fit 5/32" or 4mm tubing.

I began an order from them but after finding out that shipping for a few feet of tubing and sleeves was almost $30 I went elsewhere.
