Warner-Swasey Chuck Jaws

I started with a forum search and found some relevant hits. Unfortunately, John's suggested links are no longer active and return an error 404. I have a Warner-Sawasey M-1603 chuck and need some top jaws, preferably hard. While the tongue and groove is American Standard, the screw hole is not and takes a 1/2-13 SHCS. American Standard for 1/2" tongue width is only available with 3/8 screw holes from places like Dillon, Huron, Monster Jaws etc. Anyone know of a source without getting a quote for one-off work? My last resort will be buying soft jaws and enlarging the screw holes. Not looking to try that on hard jaws.

+2. When I needed a set for my W&S chuck just a few months ago, I found several likely sets on eBay, all for $300+ a set.

Small Tools had a set for $150.

World Wide Chuck came up with a vendor for special order, pretty pricey. I was so impressed with their customer service, I bought some soft jaws from them. I'll try US Shop Tools and give Small Tools a call in search of hard jaws.
