Seems like it will be a bit light weight, might run out real fast. If it’s a gear head, you probably want the heavier oil, it would be similar to putting 0w oil in a differential that’s supposed to get 90w gear oil

It's a bit light, you need more like iso vg 100, what you have is vg 22.
If this is for the ways of the machine, you are looking for a way lube like Mobile Vactra #2 or or Vacuoline 1409. Way lubes have additives to make them stickier so they stay in place better. High quality chainsaw bar and chain oil would also work. 30 wt. motor oil would be a better choice than spindle oil.
