I'm not a huge fan of Sinek (I don't dislike him either) but a lot of folks I respect, respect him quite a bit.

I don't know if he's so much of a Millennial Apologist as he is a Millennial Pragmatic. All of us, whether we employ them, manage them, or just have to work with them, will have to deal with Millennials, so there's no sense in making it harder than it has to be. It doesn't take a lot of effort to understand (not excuse) why Millennials behave in ways that have given them their reputation, and it doesn't take that much more work to get the best from them. But that's true for any generation that you're not a part of.

Millennials are going to be the majority of the workforce soon, if they aren't already. Best be prepared to adapt, or hang it up.

I’d like to install a drum switch on my drone, but first I want to skin my dead cat, and “fur” the drone.

Anybody done any of this before?

    Wasn't MY cat of course.

But the arrogant bugger fought back. Seemed we had some sort of disjoint in priorities.

I doubt a "civilian" drone can even LIFT the pair of kettle drums required to be able to "switch" beat. Usually takes an "Ironsides" era inspired British Heavy Calvary mount to carry the pair, one each side - Royal's Regimental parades and such. Prolly find that on You Tube if you've not had the privilege.

Aye. Both directions and a'purpose, even. Seemed the wisest course as to reducing risk of becoming prey....

Also a strong preference for healthy and alert p***y of the female persuasion, if you meant the other thing about poor Alan.
