Weiller Primus 2 Spindle

Hi all , i'm looking for some information on greasing a Weiller Primus 2 lathe spindle .

Quantity and grade of grease also disassembly tips.
I've searched all over and cant seem to find any info or manuals for this lathe .
I know digging inside the spindle is not recommended but since this machine is
a 1984 model i think it may be time ....

Any help would be great.

Welcome aboard ………...there are quite a few Weilers, and some have geared heads etc etc ………..and some guys think that a grease fitting (zerk) is for grease when in fact it should be oil - etc etc

I suggest you have a look here Page Title and see if you can spot your exact lathe and hopefully someone can help you from there on.

FWIW The guy also does manuals, though whether he has one for your machine is an unknown

Weiler is still a going concern.

Ask them! I found them responsive but rather distant ;-)

Yes it is a CNC with a belt driven spindle . Will contact Weiler and see what I can find . Thanks.
