What is this milling vise?

I got this milling vise on a swiveling base when I got my Deckel FP1 mill almost 2 years ago. I cannot see any brand name but I just can't believe it is shop made.

It works rather smoothly. The screw is not particularly big. Could it come from some Aciera maybe?

Any hint is welcome.

Note that it cannot be used without the rotating base, at least it was not meant to.

I hope someone will recognize an old friend!

Cinci Tool and Cutter Grinder vise

Cyclotron, I think we may have found a winner already.

I googled for it and found a manual for the Cincinnati Tool and Cutter grinder #2. In there, there is a picture that I captured below. It looks pretty much like it although the knurled knob is different. Possibly different generations of the same thing. The manual gives dimensions so I will check when I get home tonight or over the weekend. But, for the moment, I would say you're right on!

Thanks,

Jacques
