Sorry, there aren't too many things I run into in boxes of metalworking stuff that I can't ID, but I've never seen this and there aren't any markings on it, which it strange, because it seems too well finished to be shop-made.
The center part spins, and the bare metal end is ID threaded, could be the size of 5C, but I don't have one here (away from my shop) to test.
It came with stuff I needed, but seems a shame to scrap if someone can use it. Anyone have any use?
