Where do I fill my radial drill gearbox

The manual for my recently acquired drill sais to change the gearbox oil, but for the life of me I can't see a fill or drain point other than the oil caps.

Does anyone own or use a similar machine and can shed some light on this for me?

I think it shows there may be a fill plug on top but I see no drain.

I saw your post and if you are still out there....i am rebuilding and EM 825 and would like to communicate with someone that knows these machines. At present my question is about how to remove the taper bearing at the bottom of the Spindle/Quill.
