I have set of Warner Swasey top jaws coming for my MH-206 chuck and I noticed on US-Shop-Tools following note:

Helpful Hint:
A fine boring cut of 0.030", when collet pad top jaws are
installed for the first time on your jaw chuck, easily prepares
the collet pad top jaws for high concentricity operation for
years to come when loaded on the same master jaws.

Anyone does this and how? I am hoping to have really good precision with these so this step seems reasonable, however devil is always in the detail, what exactly do you grip with these top jaws to bore them since in my experience on my chuck that is directly correlated to concentricity, at least on soft jaws boring.
