What is it? maybe a hydraulic vise with a pressure gauge?

I have one of these I recently put new bearings in.
I got rid of the hydraulic speed indicator. I felt it was a poor attempt at providing the rpm of this DP. JMOHO. It's a great DP but having a fluid filled piston that gets depressed as the speed control gets turned was a leaky and unreliable system IME.
I got a manual by calling Wilton. The tech suggested I find a dealer. I told him I lived in the middle of nowhere so he emailed on to me as we were on the phone.
