I recently brought home this 1985 Amanda RG50-s for my home garage/shop. I've rewired the hydraulic motor, watched for correct rotation, wired the control panel and the main control panel and transformer to 240v.
I'm using a 25hp baldor 3 phase converter.
I have power to everything but when I turn on my NC9-ex control the panel just shows it all lit up with 88. It's a non-alarm code and there is no audible alarm. None of the buttons work, not one. So I'm stuck not sure where to go from here.
I ran this machine and bent several parts accurately before purchasing it and bringing it home. It was wired 480 3 phase. I'm missing something from the wiring.
It does have a light curtain. I thought could be an issue. But I'm not able to get backgauge to move or even ram up. Any help to get this dream machine running would be great.
