XYZ Vulcan 610 ATC Recovery

Hi,

Does anyone know the recovery procedure for the ATC carousel on a XYZ Vulcan 610 with Siemens control.
its got stuck between pockets and displaying alarms
510106 tool changer not in parked position.
510108 magazine posn counting error.
510113 magazine proxswitch/magazine not moving error

Hi, I have the same machine but the 810 version with the umbrella carousel. When it gets stuck between a pockets, you can either manually operate the relay in the right hand cabinet. Or I prefer to take the plastic gaurd off and wind the motor by hand back to the pocket that is active. Once the limit switches are all back to normal, just reset the machine and it should clear. The system is quite simple on its construction.
