1.5mm threads on Grizzly G4003

Just changed gears to cut 1.5mm threads on my 13X40 Grizzly gearhead lathe.

Wants to cut ezactly 1.75mm thread. Checked all my setup. Noticed they want "F" gear riding on 91T gear (on same bearing as 86T gear) and the "G" gear meshed with 86T gear.

Here's the rub. My 91T is attached in front of the 86T unlike picture in the manual. "F" gear will only mesh with back gear.

Anyone experienced this?

Can you turn the 91/86 around? Must say I know nothing about grizzles.

Thanks Kurt,

That's what needs to happen. However they appear to be wrong on their shaft and it is dimensioned such that can only go one way. I'll call Grizzly tommorrow for a fix.
