Default Extension Heat Treat & Material

Thanks for posting these drawings they're great. I can make out most of the dimensions etc but the Material & Heat Treat I can't get.

This is how I read it - can someone fill in the blanks?

    NOTES:

    1. SAE ??20 STEF?????, ??? CR AMS 6276
    2. All diameters inside diameters except as noted
    3. Carburize total case depth .010 to .015
    before grind. Suggested heat treat
procedure: Liquid carburize at 1550 F
for ?? hours (Case depth .010 to .015)
Air cool, wash clean, stress relieve at
??? F for ? hour, rough machine, reheat
    to ??? F , oil quench, temper at 350 F
for ?? hour, thread to be masked or
part to be processed so thread is not
    carburized.
    4. Optional stress relief permitted in area
    shown. Maximum stress relief temperature
900 F. Minimum allowable hardness in
    this area shall be R???????
    5. Grind after heat treat
    6. Minimum permissible case depth .005
    after grind.
    7. Finish ? except as noted
    8. Fillet radii .010 except as noted
    9. Break sharp edges .005 - .010 except
    as noted
    10. MIL - W - ?3???? applies

Frustratingly, I can make out most of it but the important stuff is unclear.

If anyone knows the values can I ask you to copy the above into a reply and update?

    Thanks guys

Reviving an old thread here to try and get some information about 9mm barrel dimensions. Anybody have the breechface dimensions? Angle and size of feed ramp and depth of chamber? I have all of the external dimensions but not the breechface. I might be able to figure it out when I get the bolt but would like to have some dimensions to start with.

The chamber itself is no problem as I have the correct reamer for that. I need to know the other dimensions for the rear face of the barrel.

That would have more to do with the individual fire arm it's going in as well as the shape of the bolt it mates up with.
