IF it does'nt have to be CNC
There are a lot of old Pantographs out there that can do round surfaces for cheap.
CNC Dot Peen marking machines are about the bottom of the pile and some do 4th axis.
Start talking CNC Mill prices above them.

These guys make some good engravers. fouth axis is available on them. Sometimes they show up on e bay. A pantograph will be a whole lot less money. http://www.visionengravers.com/

Why not let a competent gun engraver do it by hand? You pay a modest fee and don't have to buy a machine to take up space.
I have done this and a whole lot cheaper than buying any kind of machine to scratch it.
