Floating Reamer holder

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Bald Eagle Floating Reamer holder? I just got mine today and am trying to figure how it fits onto the MT#2 shank? Any help would be great, I need to chamber this barrel and have never used this holder before.

The rounded end of the MT goes into the holder. Place the holder onto the reamer, the taper in the tailstock, and the just let the rounded end float in the free end of the holder. When you are ready to extract the reamer, let go of the holder handle so that it may spin with the barrel, shut the lathe off, and then extract the reamer. Mike

Thats kinda what I thought, but the holder fits so loosley on the MT that I thought something might be missing. I'm going out to the shop to give it a try.
