I checked out the PTG link. Doesn't look like you get much for your $150. Looks very similar to my home-made system. I used a carbonator pump ($50 on ebay), and a Deublin rotary union ($25 ebay) and then just some tubing and a bucket from Lowes. I modified my pump with a lighter spring to give about 20 psi (v. the 150 psi it put out as it was) and that was about it. I use Houghton HOCUT 795MP-RHS water based coolant.

Good day.
So i made a rotary coupler using some stainless steel, a bearing and an oil seal. It works great and lo leaks.
Here is a photo.
For now i use some tubing and hose clamps to connect to the coupler.

Have it, works fine.
Why buy through PTG? Just buy direct from Greg...

I switched from a Gre-Tan to a generic Deublin rotary coupler. I drill/tap the muzzle end of the blank for 1/4" NPT. Much better flow, more secure, and it puts the sacrificial first inch of the muzzle to use. If I need to set a barrel back, I have cutoffs with the pipe thread remaining that are threaded to screw on 1/2-28 or 5/8-24 muzzles.

Seems a lot of unnecessary work....

I don't chamber at 1200rpm, normally around 220rpm. But I have hooked up the muzzle flush system being taped and centered it doesn't wobble or give me any vibration when turning the tenon at 1000rpm and threading at 360rpm. Also I cut the small chamfer on the chamber with a carbide boring bar and spin it at 1000rpm with the muzzle coupler still hooked up.
heres the one I used and its super cheap, I use a brass 1/4 by 1/8 NPT bushing to thread into the barrel. SS 9SS04MP25XFP25-Z- - Super Swivel - 1/4" Male Pipe X 1/4" Female Pipe - 90 Deg | eBay

This one i made cost me $6 to make and maybe an hour om my lathe. It works great. I have not used it faster than 300rpm. I chamber between 40 and 50rpm so dont really see a need for anything better. The rubber tube is a bit floppy but works and is quick to install. Sometimes when you rechamber there is no extra barrel length to sacrifice so the tube comes in handy there.
A big thank you to everyone for the comments and photos. Much appreciated.

I have seen some setups that use an airline quick connect as a swivel fitting.

I tried the airline swivel and it worked for a little bit but eventually started to leak, its not really meant to be spun like that and the seals wore out quick.
