Im thinking aobut getting a "Parrot" vise as they look to be pretty versatile, ecpecially when dealing with guns.

Does anybody have one? What are the Pros and Cons ?

    Pros: Price
    Cons: Quality

I have an original Wil-Burt Versa-vise, and I have examined the Parrot Vise at a store. The screw in the Parrot Vise protruded from the casting at an angle. I would suggest that you either find a used Versa-Vise (I have bought two on Ebay. They show up every few weeks.), or buy a better import from Brownells.

Looks like a 100% rip off of a Versa Vise (except for the blue paint.)

My complaint with this design is that I can sometimes be unable to get it tight enough to hold what I am trying to grip.
