After reading the cost of some of the oiling systems that people have built, I decided to make one out of scrap parts around the house just for the heck of it. I had a 1/3 hp irrigation pump (the submersible kind) and stuck it in a 5 gallon paint bucket. 3/8” fuel line up to a rotary coupler I got off an old firehose wheel and a brass fitting to connect the coupler to the 5/8-24 threads on the barrels. To my surprise, it actually worked. No idea on psi, but it pushes out enough fluid to push the chips out. There are better ways, but for guys like me that chamber 20 ish barrels a year, it works great and saves time.
