source for 4MM fine thread socket screw?

I'm in need of M4X.5 thread socket head cap screws for a Steyr 300M scope rail project.
Steyr US doesn't have them and the usual internet sources start their offerings at 6MM.

Anyone have a known source?

Same question came up around 2012. Never answered if he found them, but several possible sources mentioned you might try.

You can get M4 x approx 1/2” screws on Amazon. Not sure if this is the right thread pitch. M4 x 12mm 12.9 Alloy Steel Hex Socket Head Cap Screws Bolt Black 30pcs Amazon.com: M4 x 12mm 12.9 Alloy Steel Hex Socket Head Cap Screws Bolt Black 3pcs: Home Improvement. Disregard. They’re M4-.7.
