2007 TM-1 umbrella changer tool numbers offset

I am helping at the local high school's robotics shop. They have a TM-1. We ran low on air and threw a low air alarm in the middle of a tool change. We got it mostly recovered, but now when I MDI T3, I get T10's tool pocket. How do I reset the pockets to match the tool numbers? I can't find it on google.

Did you try shutting it down and restarting?

Yes, but I'm happy to try again if it changes anything. Can I just turn the carousel manually with the power off?

No you can't. Re starting it should fix it, as it homes to tool 1 every time it powerup restarts.

Thank you. Restart fixed it. I probably will never know why a call for T3 gave me T10. Weird.
