Hi Folks, I have a 2000 mini mill that developed a flutter in the pre charge, you can not stop it unless the machine is powered off. it doesnt make sense, it continues to flutter until unplugged above where the pre charge is or powered down. I tried changing the solenoids, same result. im thinking its the Humphrey valve. any suggestions? diagnostics show the draw bar operating but as soon as you release the tool release button it starts fluttering again. thanks
