    Default Haas simulator

My friend gave me a haas simulator to use. When you turn it on it says it is a vf2. Is there any way to change that to a vf5 because the programs I have written for my machine cause a vf2 to alarm out for travel? Thank you.

or just write a program better suited to vf2 travels?

not trying to be a smart ass, but it's a simulation for training/learning so...? X "travels" 10" or 40" should not matter for that purpose

You cannot change the machine on the simulator. You can however go into your X and Y grid limits and adjust them according to your vf5's limits
