HELLO

I bought the UMC750SS and UMC1000SS a few months ago.

I started having problems with the dimensions.

Dimensions started to differ by more than 0.1.

In Korea A/S, it is said to be the correct setting, but the cause cannot be found.

The period was over a month and a half.

I want you guys to see it and judge if it's right.

One more Question

PSI is right?

UMC750SS , UMC1000SS Year of production is 2021/03

The HAAS website says this

Applies to machines built from April 2015
UMC-750/P B axis pressure should read 800-1000 psi.
UMC-750SS B and C axes pressure should read 350-400 psi.
UMC-750 Rotary Brake - T-0062C Bleed Instructions - AD0309

I want you guys to see it and judge if it's right.

That seems about on par for a Haas. I'm used to a trunnion moving about .0004" (.010mm) on clamp and unclamp. These are generally sold as "good enough" machines, rather than super precision machines. That said there are tricks you can do to get a little more precision out of them, basically figuring out how much error you have in what ways and accounting for it.
