Haas VF-OE - very oily spindle fan. Normal???

Took the spindle cover off of the VF-OE because the fan wasn't coming on.
I've seen Haas instructional videos about cleaning the electric spindle fan but was not prepared for just how nasty this one was. It was drenched in nasty sticky oil. Along with the inside of the spindle cover and the thin sheet metal platform that the encoder is mounted to. Is this normal?
The inside of the tool changer shuttle motor was also very oily, sticky and nasty as was the top cross bar of the machine enclosure that the top door rail mounts to.
We did find a leaky mac valve at the oil atomizer and replaced it. Looks like it was leaking thru the exhaust for a long time. But doesn't seem logical that it would put out enough oil mist to accumulate the kind of oil that saturated (and killed) my spindle fan.

Need to replace the fan also. Anyone have a cross reference part numbers for this?
Looks like a typical 10" 115v fan, but read on Haas site that it is a "LOW FLOW" or something???? Is low flow a requirement or just to keep the sound down?

Think the coolant that the previous owner ran was milky blue. This looks and feels like black gold, Texas tea???
