Haas VF3 Y-Axis is off only when using rotary table

I have a Haas VF3 with a rotary table installed. My G54 offset for Z is 19.7885 and when I drill or mill anything on top, the depth and location comes out perfect. The problem i'm having is that when I use the rotary table. If I tilt the part 90 degrees let say, and I drill a hole 1" from the top of the part the Y axis isn't moving too far back. The hole comes out being 0.983 from the top of the part and about 0.017 too deep. I'm programming everything in mastercam 2018. How do I fix this issue?

What year machine? Are you using dwo? Somewhere the y and z has to get set for your setup this to work correctly.

Sounds like you qualified something wrong by .017 in Z.
If your part is fine at A0 but off .017 at A90, your center of rotation in Z is .017 too far. But your tools lengths are also all off by .017.

That’s why your Y location is off ( center of rotation) and your hole is too deep ( offset wrong by .017) but everything is fine at A0
