Has anybody seen one of the new VR8 or VR9 machines in real life?

Maybe they're just too new, but I've not seen any comment anywhere on the web from anybody who has bought one, or even seen one in somebody's shop.

(I'm talking about the machines apparently announced in the last year or so - with what looks like a GX5 gantry articulated spindle mounted on large VF-frame chassis.)

seen 'em sitting there, not so much in action. high speed hsk seems nice if that's your thing. the relatively small head on such a big footprint of a machine makes it look like that dude in the waiting room from Beetlejuice.

So at least 1 shop bought one? But haven't really run it yet? Or you saw it at the factory or the dealer? (Or you work for haas or something?)

I switch between thinking hsk would be a fine thing, and also thinking that cat40 with the same pull stud as my vf5 would be a wonderful thing.
