Help With WIPS Tool calibration

I am trying to calibrate the tool probe on my mill and its throwing an alarm. I am lost on this one. I followed the directions and for some reason I am getting an alarm. I took a picture of the screen but don't see a place to up load the pic.
It's saying 337 goto or p line not found.

Something's not right in your program. Try reloading your Renishaw macro programs.

The work probe calibrated just fine but the tool prob is throwing the alarm

I get odd alarms from my probes a couple times a year and its the battery every time ,,, FYI some times a set of battery`s last for close to a year and sometimes its a couple weeks ,,, I buy them like 20 at a time on amazon cheap.
