Newb Q here- What to the posts w/ stars mean?? Tried to search read forum rules?

YEah.. So what do the threads w/ the stars mean and what does the level of 5 mean? How does that work. Idid search and try to read in the forum rules and sticky's . did not find it. Curious... tx CG
