TAB 2019 VF9 50 taper

I have a 2019 vf9 with through tool air blast, It has never really worked since day one, The local HFO has tried everything they can to fix it but no success, their hands are tied with Haas now. Does anyone here have it on a 50 taper and does it work? the union wont seal up after a tool change and all the air blows out the blow off on the column.

Mine is working on my 2018 VF11-50.

What is everything they can do? Did they replace the union?

Union has been replaced, check valves were checked also. What happens is if you change to a non through spindle tool the back pressure from the spindle blow off during the tool change will push the carbide in the rotary union down too far. when you turn through spindle coolant or air on very little will come out of the tool, the rest will piss out the back on the column. you need to then pull the cover off the machine and disconnect the rotary union and reset the carbide disc inside of it.
