Through Coolant Questions

I am newer to the field, we have just ordered a Hass Mini Mill that is "through coolant ready". When ordering tooling, should we preemptively buy holders with the through coolant pull studs, or is there a reason we wouldn't want those until we actually add the through coolant?

Through coolant pull studs work just fine in non-through coolant situations. Only reason for pull studs without the through hole is they cost a few dollars less.

I starting getting the through spindle coolant studs at first to "future proof" and eventually went to the solid studs because I figure they are going to be less likely to break and I'll probably never upgrade anyways.

The additional cost of thru coolant pull studs is so little compared to the cost of the tool / tool holder that it does not matter. The ability to use both thru coolant and thru air when needed makes this an easy answer.
