Tool Breakage and Sister Tools

So, I'm kinda new to running lights out and dummy proofing programs. I've learned a lot in the past few weeks. I'm using Fusion 360 for programming software and milling parts on a VF4SS. I'm running around 150 parts per cycle. I have a tool breakage detection between each operation. I see where I can use the advanced tool management to swap to sister tools if the tool is worn, has drilled so many holes, ect... Is there a way to have the machine set up to change tools if there is a broken tool detected?

It would be more complicated than that. If a tool is broken, what condition is the part in? Does it have a broken piece of carbide in it, which will wreck subsequent tools? Need to have macro programming to tell it to skip the rest of that part and start the next one.
