User defined travel limits for Run and Setup modes on Haas VMC

Haas VF2SS with NGC and Renishaw.

I wonder if there is a way to define user travel limits only for Run mode? Idea is to prevent tool hitting Renishaw tool probe mounted on the table.

I know, I should know my origin and program, but it would give me a peace of mind...

You could call Renishaw. Tech supp in Indiana as a thought since nobody tossed back anything. I have no idea but I do call Reni from time to time.

I heard of that...... I would contact Haas since it's their control, not Renishaw's.

5th Axis sells a removable mount for your tool setter so you can remove it when not needed.
