I keep hearing a harmonic vibration of some sort that seems to be more pronounced on Y movement. The tool running here is a 38 Deg Helix 2.00 LOC (1021-.500-2.00) at 7500rpm and 110ipm cutting pvc. Is this just haas, or is there something that needs tightened or replaced or tuned up somewhere?
It is a bit hard to pick out but there is more vibration when y is moving.
I have tried all sorts of feed rates while testing in mdi mode, if its not cutting it doesn't make the noise. I almost suspect part could be a servo tuning issue, and another could be something wore or loose in the Z somewhere.
