We are experiencing an issue with the tool release after using the thru spindle coolant. The draw bar isn't extending enough to allow the tool to be released (and obviously not making the "release" proximity sensor) causing the machine to alarm out.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue, and what was the cause/fix. It almost seems like the issue has to have something to do with coolant getting into the tool release piston and causing a hydraulic lock.........if we aren't using TSC we don't have any issues.
