I had a ball bar test done on my vf0e which is a year 2000 model,
The backlash in the machine is very good, I’ve just fitted new x axis ballscrew assembly, all new bearings in x & y and cleaned out and checked lube flow and fitted new metering units on x & y which is all good
But you can see I have servo reversal spikes in x & y and the mismatch which is causing the majority of my errors
My question is what is the best way to get rid of these errors and why do they come about?
The machine as said is mechanically sound so it is not backlash as proven and it is not stiction due to bad lube system
Thanks
Marc
